has it always been this hard?

hi to one and all, and a good all Souls Day..remembering all those who have left us.
i am new to this froum, only since june, have only known about Chris for a year or so, (wish that i had known about him before this.) but for those of you who have been around for a few years. has it always been so hard to use this site? still can't put add avatar and attachments. and then to see the general error all day yesterday..just frustrated..does anyone understand what is going on -and who is the admin that never returns
an email..what do you think?

I was sad this weekend this forum was down. There's blink of moment it was up yesterday.

Sad moment in the past was forum got shut down a couple of times and started all over.

The old forum was so much easier, this one is much harder, the problem I'm having is that my font color is always BLACK, like it's the default color...when they have the page background as black...*sigh*

I must say that I had some problems with using this Board but everything is ok since I realised it just doesn't work with Google Chrome. I like Google Chrome cos it's fast and fairly easy but not for this Board.
